Our lawful basis for collecting your data

We collect your personal data so that you can purchase an Interrail Pass from myinterrail.co.uk. Therefore, collecting your data is necessary for us to perform the contract with you.

We will treat your data in an appropriate and lawful manner, in accordance with data protection laws.

 

What data we collect

For all Interrail Pass orders we collect your name, residency, address, email address, date of birth, passport number and contact number.

If you are buying an Interrail Pass on behalf of another person, we will need their personal details.

For these Interrail Passes we will deem that you have the other party’s permission to provide their personal details.

To fulfil your request, we use a number of suppliers to produce, deliver and administer your Interrail Pass.

We keep your data while your Interrail Pass is valid, and for two years thereafter to enable you to repurchase easily within that period.
