My Interrail Pass Returns Form

Do you want to return your Interrail Pass but are unsure what to do? The below form is designed to make the returns process easier for you.

Simply follow the steps below.

Please first ensure your Pass was purchased through and not (we cannot refund Passes issued by nor forward them on your behalf)

1a. If you are requesting a mobile (mPass) refund there is no need to fill out this form, simply inform our contact centre: 

1b. If you have an unused Paper Pass, please ensure the Pass has been stamped "unused" by an official rail ticket office before first date of travel (as per Point 7 in the Terms & Conditions), then...

2. Complete all fields of this form for Paper Pass refund

3. Print the completed form

4. Send your unwanted Pass and a completed copy of this from to:

Please ensure you use a secure trackable shipping method to return your Pass, we will not accept any liability for returned Passes which are not received by us.

Your return will be processed as soon as your Pass has been received by us.


Important note: Please note that we are unable to make changes to your Pass once it has been issued.

If a change is necessary we will have to cancel your existing Pass (incurring charges) and you will be asked to purchase a new Pass.
